Rear brakes locking

I finally got my '68 back on the road. After doing a front brake overhaul, in which I didn't really do much other than replace the pads and have the rotors turned. I also switched to stainless steel flex lines, which does seem to give a stiffer brake feel.

I didn't get to the rear flex line, though I do have it on the shelf. The main reason I tore down the brakes was because my rears tend to lock up during hard braking. I would have done front and rears at the same time, but my garage space doesn't allow it. I haven't even opened up the rears yet.

I guess I assumed that the rears locking meant they were working better than the fronts. Anybody have some good guesses as to what I might expect to find/fix when I tear the rear down in a few weeks?

Rear axle oil on the brake shoes will make them lock very easily, or mismatched wheel cylinder/master cylinder sizes. I know the tight space thing, I did my right front brakes and bearings while sitting on the base of my drill press.
