Hello everyone my name is Adam! I look forward to getting to know a lot of you. I started my journey purchasing a barn/garage find just yesterday. Ive wanted a roadster ever since setting my eyes on one for the first time about 2 and a half years ago. I finally found the perfect one and drove 2hrs to get her yesterday, a 1967 1600 roadster. This is my first experience working on a japanese car of this age and looks like it will rewuire some guidance from knowledgeable individuals such as yourselves. Thanks in advance!

I also live in Auburn. I would be happy to help you resolve problems.
There are quite a few Roadster owners in this area.

Thanks steve yea shes a great start. Been sitting flour over ten years with only a few times driven just to keep it running. Truly got a great deal. Ive already started asking for advice. Let me know if i have posted in the correct place.

It's great to have another Roadster in the area. Ted should be able to add you to the DROPS list and Ted or steve_car can you get info on NWDE. There are meetings once a month on Saturdays in Renton and I believe a BBQ coming up soon for members in October? We're also looking at a final group drive or 2 (weather permitting) in the next few weeks. I was in Auburn, now a little farther south in Edgewood.

I am in the same boat as you, new owner of a 1967 1600 and am doing a driver restore. Looking for contacts in the King County area to learn from. I have body off and been working on the frame. I am in Snoqualmie. Bruce

Adam, I am in the same situation having gotten a 67 1600 from my brother last year. I am getting it into driving condition and also am looking for other owners in the area to learn from. How did your search go?
