Center valance section is modified with the ports smaller and more to the outside. I'm guessing still enough air flow to the oil cooler while possibly providing some aero improvement. Love those multi piece headers in some pics. Anyone still making those? Probably on the unobtanium price list.

Really hope they are lifting on roll bar plates.

Also, the tie rods are turnbuckle as well..
