Rim Pieces that hold hub caps.

I will have a spare tire on an original rim, I want to put a hub cap on it also but the studs are broke off the rim I have.
What’s a good way to fix them.

Make some out of mild steel and weld them on

Here you go! Have my stock "spare" in my garage so snapped a pic for you. Looks to be just under 7/16" long

If your spare doesn't have them, it might be a 240Z rim...check the hole for the hub as the Z rim will not fit the front hub.
