Garth,

Not sure you did get your browser cache cleared. I have an Android and it is working fine. Here are seven different methods depending on the browser you may be using.

Let me know.

Thanks for the continuing support Steve!

I cleared my Android smartphone browser cache 3 times still could not login. Restarted the phone. Nada! Reset my 311s.org pass word and IT WORKS and I can LOGIN on all three devices. Go figure. I use Chrome on all devices.

Sometimes you gotta use the big hammer. Glad you got it sorted.

I’ve edited the OP to reflect the fix for the majority of the login issues.

Steve, I believe I’ve found a legitimate bug:
In the “will it fit” thread, Alvin posts a link to an earlier discussion. If you click on it, it asks you to login.

Geoff,

The thread notification I got when you posted this came from http not https. I will still check it though. The bug is old threads did not get updated to https:// I edited the post and it now works. Hopefully we do not have a bunch of these.

Alvin hooked me up with the info - since I couldn't log in for several days, I couldn't read this...

A HUGE thanks to Alvin! Some of you may not be happy about it, but like a bad rash, I'm back.
