Going to hold off on updating forum software

I was going to do this today but I got busy with other things. I plan to do this soon. Again-the forum will be down during the upgrade. If everything goes well it should not be more than as hour. If things go south a couple of hours. Will do it one day this week but have not determined which day just yet.
