Simtech Motorsports on ebay

So most of you know I sell parts for our cars on my website and ebay. I have had very few problems selling on ebay but this latest issue has me steaming! I received a message from Craig Simonian at Simtech Motorsports asking if I would take $50 instead of the $55 per fuel pump rebuild kits if he bought the last two listed. I accepted and modified the listing for him. When he received the parts he was in a tizzy about not receiving a Nissan box with the parts. He went on to accuse me of selling knock off parts as OEM. Anyone here can look and verify there are no after market fuel pump rebuild parts for our pumps. I explained that the listing clearly stated that you would receive all of the parts shown, nothing about the box. By the way the box in question is what the diaphragms come in as Nissan never make a complete kit. I source the OEM parts and make a kit for sale. The guy basically calls me a fraud and demands his money back. I explained that the listing is a no return listing. This is due to having someone one buy one and try to install the kit only to damage the diaphragm. I can only imagine that his real issue is he thought he had an OEM pump and when the parts came he realized he screwed up. Now he is filing with ebay and we all know how ebay always sides with the buyer so I am offering him a return but he will only get his money if he returns the parts undamaged and without signs that he tried to install them. Beware of this guy asd he clearly has no knowledge of Datsun/Nissan parts or these cars.

I found his business in Texas and he actually sells Datsun Parts!! No wonder he was so upset there were no boxes as he planned on marking them up for resale!!!

Just add " no boxes" to your listing.
I bought your kit and liked it.
Don't need no stinkin' boxes...

I was under the impression that the box added 2HP.

2HP huh? I must have a wasted 500HP sitting in my shed. As my father used to say, he should be dragged outside and horsewhipped.

You do sell great parts....but, in the buyer's defense...

I wonder why he thought he'd get a box?

If you don't read the description and only look at the pictures, you would think a box was included. But I've seen this listing and it clearly states that a box is not included. Guess not everyone reads the description.

I'm familiar with Craig and he is a hard core Datsun enthusiast. He has a customer that owns a Roadster and I think he may also have an old roadster of his own.

You guys are both big time Datsun fans, so hoping you can figure a way to peel away the ebay/paypal stuff and work things out.
