? What oil for a LSD !

Did a quick search on what oil to use in a LSD diff but did not see too much info.

So some questions to those who have one.
#1, what oil do you use
#2, how often do you change it
#3, any pitfalls to watch for

I'm using Redline Shockproff light. Whatever you choose, It should list if it has the limited slip modifier added.
