To move the pedal release feel closer to the floor, tighten the nut, to move it away from the floor, loosen the nut.

So how are the side windows retained in the track on the regulator assembly? Both of mine were pulled loose by the PO......

The rollups are held in the channel by friction and a rubber seal.
Prone to separating if you fit new baily channels to the frames.
I bonded mine using polyurethane adhesive.
That fixed the issue!

Precisely what happened on the drivers side, when I replaced the vertical channel weathersripping along with the inner fuzzy and outerdoor strip. did you glue it to the rubber seal in the channel or directly to the channel? Thanks.

Not that this helps, but the problem with drum brakes is that they are useless if they get soaking wet. I had drums all around on my '73 620 PU, and soaked the brakes in a mud puddle. I had no brakes for a very long time. Kinda unnerving when you're 16!. The '74 PU had discs up front.

Cyclewrks.
Removed all the bits from the door mechanism and cleaned up the channel
I used a few short pieces of rubber to centre the glass inside the channel then filled up the remaining gaps with Tiger polyurethane adhesive.
Leave it to cure for a few days before using the winder.
You'll have to dig the poly out if you ever want to remove the glass again!

Top side there is a row of fasteners in the channel adjacent the engine bay.
Bottom front there are fasteners to the centre grille panel.
Underneath the "A"' pillar are the 2 you sheared off.
Remove the door and there are fasteners on the "A" pillar. These are probably the last ones you need to remove

Anyone know the dimensions of the fuel tank? Trying to decide if I should even bother pulling it and getting it cleaned or just throw a fuel cell in now, since they will probably force me to get one eventually

So are the three, non-bolt holes, there for overflow grease from the grease catcher? Seems might help keep grease out of the brake drum/shoe area. Just gathering information for my machineist

Can I fit a 205 Toyo R888 on a 14x6 wheel?

Will it rub anywhere?
