Checked the air pressure & it was only 22psi. Doh! That what happens when it sits all winter...I filled it up to 30psi & it drove better, but still feels like an old truck in the corners. I'm running -195/55R-15 Dunlop Direzza DZ102's on Rotas.
30lbs is probably about normal... alignment?
Well, I recently had the lower ball joints replaced, but they checked the alignment & said it looked good...
It tracks ok down the road in a straight line, just really feels funny in the corners & tight turns are a lot of work.

Hi Dave,
Did you give the alignment shop the "preferred" set-up details from other threads on these forums?
Sounds like a castor issue maybe.

Anybody have recommendations for a good car cover vendor. I had one years ago from Griotts that was great but it went with that car when I stupidly sold it.

Can anybody tell me if the front bumper brackets bolt to the inboard or outboard side of the frame tab? Thanks.

Geoff, Good Canadian advice...from one Canadian to another. I searched the alignment posts & my situation sounds familiar to others with an alignment issue. I'll take it by the alignment shop next week.

This is the car cover I recently bought. Fits like a glove and is pretty heavy duty.

Steve: What mirrors do you have, and where are they mounted (Fenders or doors, Stock or aftermarket, driver and passenger side etc.). Does the cover have pockets for the mirrors?

Anyone know of a place that sells (or might sell) water pump studs for a U20? Specifically the M10x1.25 stud. I've exhausted all of the usual fastener places and some Datsun suppliers, and the closest I can get is buying a long threaded rod and cutting my own. Anyone know of a source?

Tom,

My mirrors are on my fenders. There are no pockets for mirrors but the top would fit fine either way. It is a nice snug fit but not too snug.
