I can't find the torque spec for the tie rods. Any help out there?

I do not recall ever seeing torque specs for the tie rods. They get tightened down as tight as you can get them so you are able to put the cotter pin into the locking nut. The cotter pins keep them securely fastened. I know I never worried about torque on my front end tie rods and after three years of driving everything is still nice and tight. Sid, torque specs for tie rods????

I think if you used a general torque value for the corresponding bolt diameter you should be all right. If you want extra insurance (beyond what the cotter pin provides) use blue loctite.
