Radiator cap interchangability???

Post by Roadster-Boy »

Hi All -- Anyone know of a radiator cap that will work for a '69 SRL311? I checked the forum's list of interchangeable parts, but no luck. Thanks in advance!

I'm just using a standard return type cap from the local auto parts store. The manual says I should be using a 4psi cap but the lowest I could find was 7psi... Does the job just fine though...

I was just able to get a new radiator cap for my 68 2000 from Nissan, so they are available, FYI. I paid $10.24 plus shipping for mine. It was part 21430-14603.

I have a 13 pound cap, no leaks, but am I pushing my luck?
