I am working on a 68 1600 roadster basket case and 1 of the critical parts I am missing is the bolt and washer on the end of the crankshaft. I found one on Ebay for a 66 1600 would it work on a 68 crankshaft?

No, you need a 5-main metric bolt. 67.5-70.

I'm sure someone here will send one for almost nothing. There is also a thick washer required.
