Throttle Return Springs

Are there any throttle return springs used for mikuni 44s that are stronger? Or i need to know what the spring is for my tower bar setup and get another one. (seen below on the right side of the tower bar linkage)
My butterfly bar sticks a little bit around 2250 rpm and wont close down completely unless the throttle is "snapped" to higher rpms and let off quickly.
