Okay, I pulled the radiator, removed the front bumper and chrome grill. Pulled the overflow tank also. Then I removed all of the screws located on the front apron/ grill support on the front of the car. I still can't seem to pull the front apron out. Am I missing something? Are these pieces welded somewhere that I am missing? This is a 1968 1600 if that matters. Thanks for the help.

The front grille support and valance is welded in. It's welded to the inner fenders. Also bolts to the outer fenders. I've never removed one before but I bet you can drill out the spot welds to get it out.. Bill
