First track time for the new build at VARA U.

[align=center]Well I finally got the car on track for the first time. It was a successful weekend as I got my competition license and the car passed tech with flying colors to earn its log book!! We had a slight problem with the distributor in the morning but Keith Williams sorted it and the car ran great until the shift point on the 5 speed broke off on the last couple laps of the day(see other thread here in the racing section). Here is a short video of some of my day. Remember that during the 2 day class the only passing allowed was on the straightaways.[/align]

Thank you! It really was a team effort. I couldn't have done it without Keith Williams and Chuck Grohs' help!!!

Hopefully Brian has some patience with me. For some reason I went into flight test engineer mode. Currently developing a new set of test objectives for the next flight.
