I took a closer look at the face. UGHHH! The face isn't flush with the barrel. It sticks out:

they did the same thing for the new Meister L1:

I'm hoping it's good for caliper clearance, ad maybe it can be changed? All images show this raised surface. No likey

That is for the stance boys who write things like 'Kylie Jenner' on the barrel...

not afraid to admit: I had to Google Kylie Jenner

How can this be for stance crowd it's a re-release of the original racing wheel only in 15" (on right, with proper flush face!)

To me it looks like a wheel put on backwards. Reminds me of the back of my AR Libre wheels.
66 stroker, almost done.
67 basket case, paint coming soon.

They do kinda look like inside out Libres....in a good way.

Even though I really want to say 02's, I'm still thinking that 01's are at the top of my list if I get rid of the caps.

Funny, was just perusing some "old school jdm wheels" for sale and thought of the wheels in this thread. Apparently there is a precedent for the protruding wheel face on the Equip 40. Star Spec (SSR) MKIIs...

Personal jury still out but these Equip 40s are growing on me.
