Fender Flares

Post by okiedatsun »

I was wondering if any of you had experience with the Japco fender flares. The wheel wells on my 1600 were rusted out so we cut em out and need something to make it look pretty again. How do they mount up and what kind of quality do they have? The pics on their site aren't very good. Thanks!

I have the entire flared fenders and they are very thin. I would not recommend them for the street. You should call Steve and ask him about the suitability. There is also Performance Fiberglass that makes Roadster flares.

Performance Fiberglass states "Extra strength maybe added at an extra charge" on their website. I emailed them months ago and never received a reply. Might be best to call.

Are the Performance Fiberglass flares the box shaped flares?
