Lift alternative for my small garage

I have a small garage that does not support the required space for a 2 or 4 post lift.

it is called an ezcarlift. it raises the crame up to 26 inches without blocks.
it requires a 8.5 amp drill to power it in order to raise or lower it. 4400 lbs capacity.
