Midwestern Control Dogbones

I had one of my dogbones snap last week and was on the phone with Midwestern Control to purchase the pieces to make a pair of dogbones. Karen, the rep there, said they are discontinuing the DMCBH-5 ball joint housing used in the wiki. Once their current stock is exhausted they will not be making any more.

Just FYI

Thanks for the heads up. I will have to update since it will no longer be a viable option.

I just tried buying Qty 5 of these for $13.00, and the cheapest shipping option is $20.80 for UPS Ground

Yeah, no thanks.

Too bad they can't use flat rate USPS.

I needed specific shear pins for my old snow blower. The company wanted well over $10 to ship four pins. I sent an email asking about it and they dropped the shipping cost to a more realistic amount. It never hurts to ask.
