Changing over a 4 lug rotor/drum to a 5 lug

Has anyone seen, done or heard of anyone successfully swapping over a rotor and drum with matching 5-lug pattern from another car?
Some of the ideal choices in rims are 5 lug.
I would assume the hardest to swap would be the rear axle if one intends to retain the original brakes.
The front would just require a new rotor with a 5-lug pattern.
However, if Plasmaboy is correct in saying that the Aussie Pintara is direct swap with minor modification and after I find out if the Stanza is the sister car to the Pintara then there might be a 5-lug rotor swap possibly too.

Anyone got any hints or clues on this?
