It was great to meet Ted, Richard and Erica. Cool people. Cool to crawl around Teds clean 64. I probably left a dab of drool in it and the turbo car .
Had i been thinking, I'd of had them take me for a quick blast......maybe on the way home Ted?

Solvang Roadster wine country drive. 4-22-16

Great morning drive in the wine country hills N of Solvang.
Over and back on Tepusquet road, on RCMikes list of highly recommended roads.
With "msampsel" ( Mike and Lis) in their roadster and "dynaguy" (Pat) passenger in my 1500.

Turbo smile

I swear, the Turbo SR cars I have driven just make you giggle(First gear) then laugh(second), then just hold on with a smile on your face (third and 4th..)

Then shift into 5th and pretend nothing ever happened as you roll back down to the speed limit..lol

That's exactly how I feel in my Roadster, what a great run again.
I like the beautiful picture with the Seals on the beach and the tour you made to Solvang.
And Erica, are you persuaded to put a SR in your own car?

@peter i already have an SR... I think you mean turbo. I like the turbo. But i think i made a good choise to put in a S15 NA. It will last longer.

Solvang to Reedley CA
Drove through Sequoia NP so the Dutch Tourists could see REALLY BIG trees.
Thunderstorm at 7000' dumped a lot of sharp hail on our heads!
