BlackHawk Farm and Mid Ohio

Hey All

The Texas Roadster tour is coming to BlackHawk Farms the weekend of June 17th 18th and 19th and then on to Mid Ohio on the24th 25th and 26th. I hope to rpresent our little cars the right way and if you are in the area please come to the track I know that Bill Wessel is going to be at BlackHawk. It will be nice to have his expertise at that track.

Come out and join us.

Just got back from Mid-Ohio and watching you guys. Way to represent. The cars looked great, too bad SRL311-00095 took a hit from the red Healey. Guess they were sick of being beat by a Datsun!

Hope to see you guys next year as well.

Was Dick hurt? Was his car torn up? Did he win anyway?? Inquiring minds want to know!! I hope that Dick is OK...

Dick is fine, rear quarter on the passenger side got modifed a bit though. Cool BRE Z-car was there and got to talk to John Morton for awhile. Talk about some great people involved with these cars!

I have had a lot of old cars, and the Datsun group is among the top in quality and caliber.

We (my guys and the BRE crew) managed to all get kicked out of the local go-cart track for dirty racing though. I thought that was why they put bumpers on those little go carts.

Good times, good times. Anyone going to Mid-Ohio next year, let me know and we will expand the Datsun compound at campground.
