Garage Feature and main website

Years ago in the older version of phpBB2 there was a modification called "Garage" where you could add your car with info and modifications you did to it. Along with pictures. You could add business information, shops, insurance. 1/4 mile runs and the like. You could rate the businesses. The original author lost interest and stopped updating it. There were and probably still are a lot of automotive phpBB sites that stayed with the old version of phpBB2 so they could keep using the mod. I was hoping someone would pick up where he had left off an would make a version that would work with the phpBB3 software. Well-surfing the internet this past weekend and low and behold I find a version of phpBB3 Garage as an extension which is what the new forum software uses now for modifications. It was not free but I really wanted it back badly. Some programmer in India had picked it up and run with it. There are still a few bugs to work out but I am sure they will get them sorted. They have been really good to work with so far. It works with all of the styles except the much loved subsilver style. Sorry Sid-so I turned Garage off for now until they can get a couple of bugs sorted that I found for them. We are as far as I know the only site using the new version of Garage. Hopefully folks will use it once we have it live.
As to the main website-I really wanted to get away from all the old html and frames. Not very mobile friendly. I created a new front end website with WordPress and uploaded it Saturday. It is mobile friendly and has a sitemap and all the other SEO stuff. Sorry if you do not care for it but I think it is a big improvement. Site is pretty easy to navigate as well.
Any way-that is all for now. Thanks for your patronage.
