Okay, it seems like it has been years since the northbay group got together for a fun run. How about Sunday June 12th we do a run? We have several choices. The Geyser Run, Run to the Coast or Run up to visit Milke Young's roadster ranch. There are many more options but I want to keep it simple. Any interest? I will email the folks who do not use the forum to see what kind of a response I get. Call it a pre-shasta get together. I just wanna drive the snot out of the purple beast. Anyone want to come along? Of course every one is welcome whether you are driving a roadster or not. Come on out and spin some tires or test your brakes.
If the stars align right, then left, then right again, I may be able to make this. I'll be coming back from my sisters shindig in Healdsburg on that day. Keep me posted as to what time and where you'd be meeting up.

Yeah, it looks like we have a few people interested. We are going to do the coast run. We meet at the Park N Ride off the Hwy 101 southbound on ramp of Rohnert Park Expressway between 9:30 and 10 AM. We will run the ridges out towards Bodega and then head north on Hwy 1 up to Fort Ross where we will take the back roads to Lake Sonoma and then work the back roads back down to Santa Rosa where we can part ways. We have done parts of the run before but not all together. There are some great roadster roads. My cell phone number is 707-217-5129. Hope to see many of you there.
Is part of that Skaggs Springs/Point Stewart road from Lake Sonoma to the coast? (Think that's the right name - it's been too long). That is one of my favorite roads! Great banked curves and no traffic.
There is nothing like the backroads of Marin/Sonoma in Washington. I really miss those drives!
Smooth is debatable but they are all paved for this one. There should be no boulders lying on the roads we will be a cruising on though. See you there.
101 No
Take Rohnert Park Expressway,
Go west,
Go over freeway
They have just changed the south on ramp so that it exits off onto the right, but if you look to the left the parking is right there.
