I was invited to attend a small car show for the grand opening of a new Nissan dealership here in Utah. I took some crappy cell phone pics.

A cool right hand drive 89 Z car with a RB20 Turbo.

You've got to throw in a race car and GTR.

Look at that beast of a motor.

Also in the showroom, a Cummins Turbo Diesel in a Titan.

Nice! It's so fun to go into a Nissan dealer and have them realize some of the history of what they sell!

Car looks good out front!

Very cool... Did the Z come with that engine or was it a transplant? 2liter 6?
The Roadster looked great!

Great array and fitting for them to realize their heritage!
The new rides are so boring, the heritage collection outside helps make them shine. :-)

It was a factory car from Japan. They did not offer that motor in the US. They did modify the turbo routing. The hood scoop was operational at one time forcing air into the system. Apparently it would get very hot and cause issues. This was a very common mod.

That's your basic bait and switch tatic  ....hey lets go in and look at a Juke

Let me guess it's a 5 acre dealership way out in the suberbs outskirts that forces the old smaller but longstanding midtown dealers to close . I have worked one , great until they find out nobody wants to seem to drive out of town to get service and cannot get a coworker or such to pick them up from the dealer .
