Those are either American Racing Libres, or copies of them. VERY period wheels for the car. They are so popular that reproductions of them are being made. Of course, old wheels look better to me than the new copies...

Here is what the original 'Works Wheels' looks like. There are more than one model, though.
This is a 14 Inch +15 Offset on a 67.5 Roadster.

If those have a rib in the middle of the spokes than they might be American Racing Libres Wheels otherwise they are copies.
Copies sometimes require a different size cap.

It's stamped Auto Works on the inside of the wheel. Just couldn't find anything out about them on the net.

Found this on a Z forum, they are probably an American Racing somewhere in one of the transitions. Good post on Libres in general

Dave you nailed it. I have the ARE and the same model number and the pictures are spot on. Thanks for the research.. I'm thrilled to know they're real libres.
Thanks again

No problem. Now you need to decide on the finish. I like the polished, as long as someone else polished them

I think there is a whole thread on just Libres. Centercaps are the next challenge
You know, I was just thinking Plasticote, lets you experiment and then decide. I was going to do the Volvo wheels in black and see if I like it.
