Hi All,
I'm registered for the show, but it does not look like my car will be running by then. Is it ok to trailer it, off load it for the show, and put it back on the trailer to get home?

Steve,
Stop and pick up Linda's Roadster too,
As she is afraid to drive it any further than to the parts store to fix those holes in her block.

I live in Redding and own a house in McCloud. I plan on leaving the car in McCloud, it is too dog gone hot to work on it in a storage unit in Redding. It is a zillion degrees in side one of the things.

Ok you peaked my interest.......what exactly is a "Paul's Coast event at Shastice Park".
This will be my first time at the Mt Shasta meet so I tried searching but only found that is was challenging in some of the years past.
But what is it?

Drive a few feet and then coast (no brakes!) to try to stop closest to a hanging ball. Hit it and you are out.
Usually can do 3-4 runs. It is harder than you think. Winner usually coasts to a stop within 6-12 inches of the ball.

No brakes, that would be hard. Are turns or sharp turns allowed to try to slow it down more?
I think I see some pictures of something like that possible here http://www.mtshastaroadstermeet.311s.or ... page2.html
