Good day at the 2014 JCCS show today. 420 cars!
9 roadsters and a few nice old trucks and sedans.
Weather was great.
John Baker in his recently finished red 69 2000 got first in Roadsters.
(even if he had his gas cap on crooked!)
Mark T with his just finished NL320 got second in Old Datsun.
The NICE survivor tan 62 312 got First.
The wonderful 1960 222 truck was there.
Mark N had his recently finished 66 520 truck . It is Beautiful!
Stan was there!

I had planned to go but my GF just got back in town late last night after being away 10 days. I figured I best invest some time with her for my own sake. LOL.
Wanted to see Stan & Shant. Didn't know who else was going.

Ted,
Thanks for snapping some pics!
Any more info on John's '69 2000(is he on here?) and the silver low windshield with Panasports (and your shadow)?
How did the show compare to previous year's?

I had my press credentials for the show but I had to stay in town for the Barrett Jackson auction as I am writing a story on it for another magazine. Looks lie another great show.

Alvin, the silver 67.5 is Erik Dickson's car. I posted a ton of pictures when I borrowed it for a while, I think in the drive thread.. Also, it was the car that pulled a 67.5 2 liter 60 miles thru the Sierra Nevadas from Lee Vining to Bishop with just a tow strap..lol

Enjoyed getting the chance to meet with you Ted - and thank you for pointing out my ridiculous gas cap. I fixed that straight-away today and will endeavor not to embarrass the roadster community again...

It seems the amount of roadsters was down as compared to when I attended in 2010.
Is that right or was I flaking out?
