Want-to-be 311 owner ..

Another Aussie member .. this time from the state of Victoria.

I don't currently own a 311 but I'm very interested and thought that I'd join to get as much information as possible.

I'm an American car fanatic from way back and still own a couple of AMC Javelins and a Plymouth Fury convertible. However in recent years I've strayed into "vintage" Japanese bikes and own a number of Kawasaki's, Suzuki's and a Honda (no Yamaha's yet). Also recently a friend bought an MGA and got me interested in a small roadster, but I can't quite stomach an English car.

So ... based on my respect for Japanese bikes, I thought I'd look at a vintage Japanese roadster .. so here I am looking at 311s. I've seen a few for sale locally and my interest is peaked.

I'll be lurking and learning.

Welcome and as you probably already know, this site has everything you need to know prior to buying, during ownership and at the time to sell a Roadster (which most believe is never). Only thing we can't provide is the thrill and joy of actually owning one. Good luck with your search!
