Hi All-
On a 1966 SPL-311 Datsun Roadster 1600, anyone know the size of the threads on the Oil pressure sending unit. I thought it would be 1/8" but it appears to be a tad smaller.

The thread size for the oil pressure sending unit is 1/8-28 BSPT which is the metric standard for tapered pipe connection. I tapped mine out to a standard pipe thread when I had the motor torn apart. Not a good choice for you though.

I was just looking at a auto parts supplier's website an they sell and adapter that will take you from 1/8" BSPT to 1/8 NPT for $10.00. Here is a link to the website. http://store.yahoo.com/gofast/autmetmetad.html Not sure that is what you were looking for but..........there it is anyway.
