After nearly 7 years on the board I just realized I've never posted pictures of my completed cars. I've posted pics of rusty hulks in various stages but never what is actually complete.

First one is my 70 1600. The car has been to Shasta 96 (finished 2nd in stock 1600) 97 and 2000. I'm the 2nd owner, it has 70,000 or so original miles and two repaints. Still sporting the original numbers r16 but a set of mikuni 40's on a stroker are in its future (probably very distant future but it's all there)

Next is my 73 240Z. It's an original AZ car I picked up when I was in college. It has a 280 engine and mikuni triple 44's. Runs good but has been sitting lately. Only photo I could find is an older one. Car is still white but now has gold bre stripes with gold 4 spoke libre's.

Last pic is my 70 gto (I know it's not a datsun, but is worthy of mentioning). It was one of two matching cars used in the movie dazed and confused back in the early 90's. It has a 455 and 4 speed.

Also #42. Currently a work in progress, would like to get it back on the road this year.... We'll see

I'm up in Winston this weekend, how about running one or more by my place - or I could run out there. Would love to see any of these!

Unfortunately I'm out this weekend. I should be around the following weekend, though.

I remember Cole as a toddler in the early years of Shasta before he had a drivers license, let alone a fleet of cars. Where has the time gone? Time for you and your Dad to return to Shasta with some of those cars!! Don't forget to bring your mother and brother Chet.

Amazing how time the time flies!

I think from the first Shasta all the way to 2001 I only missed one. It was maybe 88 or 89?
Dad and I talk about another Shasta trip someday. One of these years it'll happen again--although more than likely without a car but you never know.
