ZONC 2014 Car Show - Brisbane, CA - July 12

Mark your calendars for the annual Z Owners of Northern California (ZONC) car show.
It will be held on July 12th at the Brisbane Marina between SFO and Candlestick.

ZONC has increased the Roadster love in last few years. Last year a Roadster won best in show and even made it onto the event T-shirt. This year 3 Roadsters made the event flyer. Bring your cars out, regardless of condition, for a low-key friendly show with a great view.

This is a fun show in really beautiful venue. As Mike said, Sora Blue won Best of Show last year much to the surprise of everyone!

I have to miss this one. Fun run in the morning then kids B-day party to host. Cool venue out there in Brisbane though. Have a great time!

I ask myself the same question.
If it's any consolation, I will drive the srl to the 5k. I don't know why they call these fun runs. They're only "fun" after the race is over.

I was going to go, but I sold my Z 2 weeks ago and don't want to have to clean the roadster again for Shasta. I know, pretty weak.

My Roadster was the only one that made it this year.

Neil (anhizer) and Rudy (rudesvx) stopped by to say hi and chat a bit. Hopefully their cars will be on the road soon for a fun run.
This year the show was in the parking lot rather than on the grass closer to the water as in past years.
There was only one 510, a wagon,

and an assortment of stock and modified Z's from the 70's, 80's, 90's and more recent 350Z's, 370Z's and G-coupes.

A unique addition for this year was a Ferrari 250GT fiberglass kit on a 280z chassis.
