I heard there was a V8 roadster, did anyone get any pics?

Passer by told me it was a somewhat rare all aluminum GM V8 that was only made for 3 years. Think it was the yellow/primer Car. Had a custom header to fit between the frame rails by Scoshi.

I am so glad I made it to the show. You don't know how close I came to not going!!!

I finally got to meet so many that I have chatted with over the years and put faces with names!! I met Dave Premo, Ted Heaton, Mike Young, Stan Chernoff, Herb Petty, Michael A (oh dont ask me to spell last name), Linda, Kevin Desirello, Alvin, and a whole bunch of others!!! Look forward to Shasta now!! I had a great time and look forward to next year as well.

I gotta toss out a special thanks to my "guide" David Wilson and Scott Fisher. Thanks you two, as I probably wouldn't have enjoyed as much without you guys!! And I believe Scott captured my calendar shot for 2015!!

I'm not certain if that was his car or not. I did not get around seeing it. I know I have a picture of it but I am still sorting through all of the pictures. I do know that Peter said it was a very tough decision and he narrowed it down to three, once he got it down to these three it took him almost two hours to make up his mind as he studied them. He picked John's car because it was the most perfectly stock Roadster he had seen.

Alvin, my bride and I are signed up for Shasta. If the yellow v-8 goes to Shasta there will be 2 of them. Ours and that one. Dave Brisco took mine for a drive. We will look for you (and all the familar other names as well.) I am totally computer challanged and can't post pictures. Dave and others posted pictures, I can't. If interested, do Google search, type datsun3500 and engine pictures from Watkins Glen come up. See you all at Shasta!
