Old Friends Reunited Roadster & Kawasaki

Way back in 1985, when I got out of college, I had a 68 Roadster and a spanking new 1985 Kawasaki 600 Ninja in red/black. The Ninja got crashed and the roadster went to my brother. Ever since I re-acquired a Roadster several years ago, I've looked for a black-red 600 Ninja. Turns out many were crashed, just like mine, and they are very hard to find.
I was lucky enough to find a virtually-original 85 Ninja just like my old, and recently brought it home to reunite with my Roadster. Good to have them back together again!

Very nice bike! I love some of the mid 80's bikes. Nice find.

Nice bike, reminds me of my 1989 Suzuki Katana, good memories of that bike at college.

Great bike, the Katana was a ground-breaker from a styling standpoint. Along with the GSX-R 750 it made Suzuki top dog for a while. The GSX-R750 is now getting quite collectable.

Great find! Love the livery. I had a 600 Ninja back in the day but it was the first year they went to black and gold...'91 I believe?

Nice! But no one mentioned the 911 (or possibly 930)? Looks like you have a good vehicle space......got a little room left though.......gotta fill it!

No worries, RFR... it's pretty full!!
Alvin: we need to set a time for a roadster run (other than the Z car garage run, which I can't make it to) and y'all are welcome to come by the garage for cold drinks!

I miss my former 2 wheel toy, damn hard to find one now, but I don't ride anymore....unless I start again.
