Alvin, there is a hardtop bracket the connects to the place you are talking about, I've never seen one, it would be nice if someone could post a picture of one... Bill

The bracket is acutally for the JDM hard top that secures along the radius and not on the paint.

That explains why the hardtops I've seen never had any mounting brackets for that center mount, sounds like a rare item. I too am guilty of using it for a bungee bracket

All 2 seat Roadsters should have it. The 3 seaters dont as I recall.

Lord Raper would be correct. I know that you can still get the hardtops in Japan but the shipping would be astronomical.

That is "some of the trick parts" not be confused with "all"...hahaha anyway mine are strickly chassis, not drivetrain.

This would explain why all those trick parts are getting harder to find, people are hoarding them!!
