Come on people register! Carl and Kathy are just starting our 3rd day to Shasta. 850 miles so far, will be in Iowa today. See you all for the ice cream social. Spending time at the presidential range and Yellowstone. ROADTRIP! , but not like Scott's.

went another 174 miles today. through Badlands Federal Park. Fantastic!! Datsun overheated, running like crap. Will check (fix) tomorrow. Was supposed to look at Presidential faces today. Didn't happen. See you all in Shasta.

Report from Carl..658 miles from Shasta eta ?. They were at Yellowstone yesterday , 2300+ miles covered and on the road today.

First time attendee at shasta. What is the typical weather? Shorts/Jeans/Parkas? Also, what do people typically ware to the banquet?

The fire in Shasta County is near Igo, CA, which is about 70 miles from Mt. Shasta City..
