Here is the information for the Polar Bear Run 2005. I have been and it is fun. Great people!

A trip to Mariposa – Taken from Paul and Judy’s Archives
Date: Saturday, March 5, 2005
Starting From: The Fruit-Yard Restaurant at the corner of Geer/Albers and Yosemite on 132 just west of Modesto. The gas pumps are being repaired and they might be in order for the run, but don’t count on it though! We will leave the Fruityard at 9:00 a.m. Maps and tour info will be passed out before we leave.
Car Prep: Be sure to fill your tank up prior to 9 a.m., working CB radio, and of course – TOPS DOWN!
Lunch: Bring something to share for a potluck, and bring along your own plate, table service, and something to drink. Lunch will be at the park outside of Mariposa. Enjoy your friends (and perhaps make some new ones), chat, relax, and share tales of roadsters.
Dash Plaques/T-Shirts: Once again we will have dash plaques for the run and will have a T-shirt ready to order, which will be delivered later.
Raffle: We will have a raffle to offer at lunchtime, any raffle prizes are welcomed and appreciated. Talk to Cory W., Alexi R., or Eric G. $1.00 per ticket.
Dinner: No dinner is planned as we should arrive back in Modesto around 3-4 p.m.
Again our run is dedicated to the memory of Paul Smith. Thank you for joining us this year and have a safe, fun trip!!

Well, two weeks away is the 17th annual Polar Bear Run. This year we have a trip to Mariposa planned out.
Correction in the previous information - The starting point, The Fruit Yard is about 8 miles EAST of Modesto on 132 (at Geer/Albers and Yosemite Ave), not west as originally stated.
We will leave around 9:00 or so.
Tshirts will be available, if interested, email your size so you can get one, quantities limited. $12
Dash plaques are available too.
I went out on the road yesterday, great twisties, not too much traffic, even some washouts along the way. Distance is around 125mi.
