John Morton - Run Offs

Post by Steve49841 »

John Morton will be driving a 240Z at the Run Offs this year in a past champions race. The car is being prepared by LNA Enterprises in North Carolina in cooperation with Bonk Brothers Racing, the force behind the Trans-Am B Sedan race series. Donations are being solicited to complete the project, additional information is available at the LNA website.

Sounds like reason enough to have a huge Datsun reunion of sorts at the race.

Okay...so why should you contribute to the John Morton project? Well...because this in your chance to be part of a historic car, driven by a historic driver at a historic event! How cool is that... If you click on the "indiegogo" link in Bill's post above there are multiple levels of contribution starting at (I think) $10 bucks. A $100 bucks gets you a poster, tee shirt and your name on the deck lid of the race car. And yes, I put my money where my mouth is...#103 will be on the Z car. So come on Roadster people lets give these guys a boost.
