Because our Lady is not ready yet, we go with the 280Z instead.
On 15th June is the Datsun/Nissan sporting meeting at the local Nissan dealer in Kristiansand.
I keep you posted about our travelling.

Enjoy the ride!

Wow! That could be a meet from anywhere in the US. I had no idea you guys were into cars that much... I don't know why, seems silly at the moment. Guess its from looking at childhood coloring books that always depicted folks in the part of the world jumping around windmills wearing wooden shoes!

Great cars, thanks for sharing!

Leaving the B&B after 3 nights

We started nearby Kristiansand and go up to Flekkefjord E39. There is an old rally road (been in the Monte Carlo Rallye) which is open from 1st may. It's oneway direction and only for cars driveable. It is very steep hairpins. It's cald Tronasen. It is good for 2 minutes adrenaline shot!!!

After Tronasen we went back to Flelkkefjord and picked up the road "44" along the coast, up to Egersund. This should be on your list "must drive in Norway"

This is Helleren. Old Viking houses underneath a rock. They will never get wet. U can visit the houses. (We already doene that a few years back). The top of this mountain now have a tunnel, in the old days you had to go around the top. Must be very dangerous...

On our way to Stavanger we visited Trond and Anne Rita, they have a nice Roadster, which we met at the Nissan Sporting Treff. They invited us to come over when we where passing. So we did. Lovely people by the way.

Nearby Trond was a private Tempo museum. Normally only open on sunday but his father was home and was so kind to guide us.
This guy collects Tempo. A kind of Norwegian "moped" It was in many variations. The owner has now 136 and only needs 6 more to complete his collection. Very nice private exhibition!

day 5. Stavanger-Tau, Hjemeland-Nesvik, take road "13" when you are nearby Josefjorden, you go off to follow a smaller road, less tourists and a lot of hairpins after that you pickup the 13 again to Odda. After Eidfjord "7" you get some "corkpins up in the mountain, nearby should be a waterfall but we kind of missed it probably because of a pushing truck in the back and a slow German in it's Hymermobile in front of me...When you are in the Hardangervida area you got a nice 2 lane road, keep the gaspedal down and enjoy the view. We are sleeping on Birkelund camping nearby Hovet. (pluspoint the are Dutch and have Wi-Fi!). The weather is very good! and we are relaxing now, with some musquitos...grmbl.
