Hi everyone,
Great site you have got here, and some really truly lovely Roadsters as well!
My name is Jared van Bergen, and I am from South Africa. Not a current Fairlady Roadster owner, but hoping to be one in the near future. (Currently pestering a guy for his roadster that is being neglected...)
I am however, a self-confessed Datsun maniac!

I currently daily drive a 1979 PA10, and have a 1972 P510 1600SSS sedan, a 1971 KP510 1600SSS Bluebird Coupe and a 1973 620 truck. I also operate my own Datsun-centric site,
http://dattosankureiji.wordpress.com which I love doing, as it is great fun to see how wide across the world the love for Datsuns is spread.
I look forward to reading about some Fairladies here and chatting to you guys!
Regards
Jared van Bergen

The world gets a little smaller, and I love it! Welcome! Soon a Roadster will come to you I foresee!
I think we had someone from France email the DROPS group the other day. We need to list what countries are represented here. Do we know where they were exported to?
Holy Cow dude! I went to your website... Nobody needs to ask the guy to post pics here, he has a gazzillion on his site! I gather this is a long term family affair, grandparents and parents being Rallye racers (?). Few Roadster pics, but that could be changed.
I learned everything automotive on my '73 620, had the same 1/2 yr Datsun 1600 badges on the fenders. Modified it with SU carbs, cam, exhaust, MSD 6A, special dizzy, 200sx dogleg 5speed, lowered... Wonderful memories, and I still look for it on the local for sale adds (do you have Craigslist in Africa?). That truck wetted my desire for Datsun's, which then changed my life with the Roadster.
Again, welcome. Other listers here would enjoy your site, so I encourage you to continue to post and tell us about you and your family, and hope that others will go check your site.

To all who have commented so far, thanks very much for the warm welcome! Much appreciated!
I am glad you guys are enjoying my website so much, love sharing my absolute passion for Datsuns with anyone who has the same interests! The site does need some more Roadster content, hopefully some of you could help out regarding that little problem?
Greg, we do not have Craigslist here. Only gumtree. (which works just as well)
My Datsun love affair started first and foremost with the P510, naturally, as my grandfather was involved with it from the very beginning (very long story which will be discussed over on the blog in the near future) and also that my father rallied one in the late 70's. My Coupe is my third P510, and definitely not my last!
Here are a few pics of my current cars (more can be found on my site under "My Datsuns")
