I have searched the forum, and checked the engine swap section.
Their are multiple KA24 swap sections but is there any one who has an instruction manual for such a change.
Spriso has a great write up for the SR20.
perhaps some one can start and we can have the group add and finally set up a proper how to.

Fayetteville Troy. What up brotha. My best friend just went to Ft. Bragg to finish out his last 2 yrs. Your neck of the woods.
Step one. Open bottle
Step two. Open Wallet
As long as you abide by these 2 steps youll be fine.
Kidding aside, Are you driving your roadster in stock form? It makes you appriciate a eng. swap and your hard work that much more. The KA is probably less than half the work of an SR to get in place. No frame mods are really required. Look back thru my posts and you can see what I came up with for mounts. All of them were fabbed in my garage.

I'm trying to attempt this swap at the moment, any suggestion for a 68 KA24de swap? Mounts, trans mount, driveshaft, exhaust manifold? I was able to put the KA in the bay and look around but I'm not sure how exactly stuff lines up and some of the photos on here don't load anymore...

I have a chance to pick up a KA24DE very cheap. No plans to use in the near future but I thought I might set it aside. What I need to know is what year should the engine be? Thanks

As long as it is RWD/240sx it doesn't matter much 92-98 all good.
