Hello folks! I been bitten by the 311 bug!

My name is Michael. I live in Sandpoint Idaho, USA- wedged between a beautiful lake and an awesome ski mountain.
I purchased my first ( i'm already dreaming of more...) Fairlady- a 67.5 1600 that has been a daily driver for the previous owner. I think it was the 328th off the line if I figured it right. I got it a couple of weeks ago and have been doing a complete overhaul of the brakes. They were much worse than I originally thought. so I've only driven it a couple of miles. I'm sure I will be meeting a lot of you in the future. thank you for this great site!

Welcome Michael, finally someone close by with a roadster...woohoo! There aren't many in this area, infact i haven't encountered one on the road since i got mine. Got it not far from you by the way, in Preist River. Its a local car originally purchased in Spokane at Jaremko Nissan in 68.
You will find tons of help here from a group of roadster faithful who are allways willing help out.
Post some pics and pray for an early spring.
Thom.

Thanks Thom,
glad to know there's another one within a 100 miles! I bought mine in the Tri-cities. its a local car. I hope to get it back up there when spring comes to Sandpoint. In the meantime I will enjoy it in Kennewick.

Welcome, best Roadster forum anywhere - you should try to make it to Solvang in April (biggest Roadster show) and meet your new family. 8)

I was going to buy a Datsun powered Model T from a guy in your town, deal fell through, maybe a good thing, maybe a bad thing. Looks like a great area to drive a sports car.

Welcome to the forum, You guys live in a beautiful area, I'm sure there are some good scenic drives. I lived in Washington for while and loved driving that section of 90 through Coeur D'alene on the way to Dillon Montana, it was the best part of the drive.

Brake stuff can be spendy and you do have options if you are still in the process. Let us know what you find and if you want any alternative or upgrade suggestions! Welcome!

Welcome. Nice looking ride. Use the Wiki section before you put a wrench on it.
That blue is looking good. I've changed my repaint color thoughts yet again.

Welcome. I'm a little farther south of you, near Pullman, WA. There are a few of us Roadster heads in this region. I had a '69 U20 car and am now working on a '69 sr20 swap. Have some spare parts and experience if needed.
