Center rod is 1/2" ID for the mounting bolt. Outer steel sleeve is turned to 40.00mm on the money.

How do you QA/QC these things for real-world use? ie durability, urethane composition, etc.

I'm only making them for me. It'll be an experiment for sure. I'm using an industrial grade blend right now, so we'll see. The leaf bushings should hold up fine. The leaf pads are a crap shoot. Can't be any worse than what came out of my car.

Received my carbs from Z-Therapy. No more sitting in my driver seat making "Vroom Vroom" noises....... ok I still do that even with the engine running.

With a small bell shaped vacuum tank and pump, those castings will turn out perfect. Nice work!

Working on my axle tonight...in the 18 degree weather, I realized that I put the brake drum backing plate on in the wrong direction. Grrrr. Luckily I only did one side so far. That's a $50 mistake I won't be making again.

That's the ONE line that doesn't run to the shop! The previous owner ran sewer, water, and electricity out to the garage. The second story was meant to be an in-law apartment. Now it's just used to make fancy things out of wood ;)

Jordan, I have had a catalytic non-vented propane heater in my shop for 11 years now I love it! inexpensive to buy, to install, and to operate.
