Looks like fun, on a Friday. We're going to go, meet Carl up there. Some people from DRONE may come. Sign up ASAP if you're going, there are a finite number of spots. I'll email the organizer and see how many openings are left. I'll also send to everyone on the Watkins Glen list. Depending on how many will be there, we could organize something Saturday.

If I am back East for a visit I'd offer to share expenses to ride along with someone.

Kathy and I signed up today. Spoke to people in that office. Lake to Lake Details (start time, stuff like that is to be worked out next week.) The official Lake to Lake event is Friday DAY, so, some people may not be able to attend Friday. Come anyway, we can do our own cruise Saturday also. We want to have people make our place Datsun Central. Maybe have a meal or 3 at our place, swim, after cruise of course. 2 goats is less than a mile. Dave and Linda will lead the way there.

I am looking into it. Friday may pose a problem for Sue...I might just have to drive and navigate

Assuming I am able to attend, I should be able to get you into a Datsun to drive, Mike. Either a 70 SRL or a 240Z. You would need to get up to Rochester....we actually have an airport.

I am hopeful my 69 SRL Solex will be road worthy by June. Engine and suspension are rebuilt, as are seats and all lights. Just need some body rust repair (teaching myself how to MIG weld), paint and assembly....

Dave,Woody,Joe, Mike, and everyone else interested. I spoke with the guy running the Lake to Lake Ramble today. He has had a lot of interest, more than past years, but still plenty of spots left. Mike, Elmira is another choice for an airport. Joes offer of either of his Datsuns would be my 1st. pick, but Kathy and I could set you up with a VW Eos also. Sounds like a lot of fun. See you here.

Don't think I'll be making it out for this event, but Sept is looking like more of an option. Have a good time and thanks for all the offers.
