I highly advise trying to work these into your schedule.
The camaraderie and bench-racing is stupendous (it is allways about the people) and the scenery is always spectacular. Speed is of no consequence, just reliability.
A GPS is handy, but once you find folks who run at your pace, certainly not a requirement.
