At least this creation is a Datsun body on a Datsun frame. Too bad I just bought a frontier CC 4x4 or I could actually be interested.

And for the West Coasters, OBX is for Outer Banks, the barrier islands/coastal beach area of the Carolinas/Virginia :-)

Gotta say that's cooler than that 2 liter jeep conversion.
Will trade guitars for roadsters, food, shelter, clothes, etc, etc.

That car has been for sale for a while. It is just goofy enough to be neat. Even though it looks better put together, I would rather have the Roadster jeep...

coastal beach area? I would be afraid to look underneath that thing.

But yeah -- I like it.

It is a brutal environment for vehicles. Half of my time is spent there and after big storms the road is often flooded with sea water and the salty ocean air does not help either. I just picked up a frontier to replace my pathfinder as the beach buggy for surf fishing and general run around use. The pathy is done due to rust thru the frame and fenders. Slam the door hard and the outline of the car appears. The roadster will not be living down there...

Fiberglass body CJ is the way to go. I was going to get a beachbuggy permit for the Xterra, but it's starting to rust from being an Upstate NY truck already, why accelerate it.

The 410 is cool though
