FYI: I was a t lunch and pasted by the State Capital's west steps. The Association of California Car Clubs (ACCC) was having an mini car show.

Anyways, the event was to curtial the new legistlation to SMOG our cars.

It will make the new law say all car "45 years and newer" to be SMOGged. It is currently all cars "30 years and newer."

I would not like that. Furthermore, I won't be able to swap a Ford 289 into my '69 2000 until the year 2018!!!

Lets keep the cars on the road.

hurry!

Gray Davis will sign anything that will raise fees and taxes to git his ass out of hot water.

Looks like everyone's efforts paid off! If that bill had passed, it would have put a real kink in my project! Thanks for the heads up and the links, TR
