Bump.....If you live in the Northwest and own a roadster you should definitely plan on attending the Shedd BBQ, it is a very fun time with a fun run before the BBQ starts. Last year we had 22 roadsters show up, from stock 1500's to sr20 cars, the roadsters are very well represented at the BBQ. This will be the fifth year that Bill & Karen have hosted the BBQ/Fun Run event.
Hopefully Ted H. will bring a group with him down from the Seattle area, Hoping to see Garth there too. Brad, you better get that Yellow 67.5 spl out of the garage so we can all see it. Enrique, where ever you are, we missed you last year, hope you attend this year. Plus, last year Jack Scoville even attended in one of the Spriso sr20 roadsters, hope to see him back for this years BBQ.
There is allot of room to put up a tent or park an RV, plus Corvallis and Albany have quite a few motel rooms if needed. So mark it on your calendar and I hope to see ya there. Bill

Absolutely Bill!

I am planning to make it the first serious road test of my soon to be completed restoration. I am working on it every day and I have asked Ross for shop time August 1 for a check over and start up. I am so looking forward to connecting with Ted and the caravan gang we traveled with to Solvang this year. I am pretty sure Ross, Mitch and Daryl Smith are planning to attend also.

We will be there! Jack Scoville recently bought a 69 2000 roadster (at 83 years old!) and is going to be very busy carving up the Oregon back roads this summer-- and we have already talked about this event...

This sure looks like fun, wish I lived closer! Great that there is camping option as well as nearby motels.

Greg, I believe you know Rob Pynes and Dammit Bill from Eugene, they are usually at the BBQ, so mark your calendar for a trip south to the Willamette Valley, maybe you'll be able to convoy with Ted H. and the owners from up North of the border...Hope you can make it there, I would love to see your car.

I am looking forward to it Bill! This is a really a fun day. Last year I had a friend from work ride along with me. He got to meet some great roadster friends and had such a good time that he bought his own roadster, a '68 1600, 3 weeks later!

If you dont mind a Las Vegan to join in. I will be in Portland for a friends bachlor party Saturday night, i would like to stop in for a little while. Dont have a roadster with me but id like to meet a few of my home town roadster friends.
If any other meets are happening i will be in Portland Thursday the 16th to Sunday the 19th.
