Seattle Greenwood car show. 6-30-12.
The local Datsun club, NDWE, participated in the BIG Greenwood car show today.
Over 20 blocks of fine vehicles with a variety of electric cars.
We had 2 roadsters and 5 old trucks from the club.
Kris and Joe's fine restored Green 64 320 got the Best Mini Truck award.

Hi Alvin.
The hardtop is one of those neat looking but impractical tops!.
There were some similar made for racing. One like this sold on Ebay last year.
You have to take the trunk lid off or you have no trunk access. A pain to take on/off.
Good story with it.
Our local community college was having a fundraising auction and this rusty 66 with the hardtop was donated.
It was poorly advertised and DROPS member Dave F. bid a $1000 and no one else bid!

Good eyes' Alvin, I totally missed that in the first shots. Ted, thanks for la the pictures, it is neat. did you happen to take a picture of the INSIDE? Curious what that looks like, and also what it looks like with the trunk lid opened.

Some of those tops were made to use hinges like on the 1500s. I bet that trunk lid could be hinged as well.
